1. Who we are

Kuwait Volleyball Box (the "Service") is operated by Lucas Alborch, an individual ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you are entering into an agreement with Lucas Alborch. We do not publish an email address: every message reaches us through the in-app request form.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or continuing to use the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. The Service

The Service gives you in-app access to full-length video recordings of Kuwait volleyball league matches and to the statistical report for each match, organised by season, tournament and team. Everything is watched and read inside the app: we do not provide downloads, external links or copies of any video or report.

4. Free trial

You can start one free 7-day trial per account. It begins only when you press "Start free trial" — never automatically when you register — and it gives full access to every video and report. No payment details are needed and nothing is charged when it ends: your access simply stops unless you buy a plan.

5. Your account

Keep your login details confidential and your information accurate. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred. Payment instructions are shown only to signed-in users.

6. Licence and restrictions

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view the content during your paid access period. You must not:

• use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to send spam;
• download, record, screen-capture, copy, resell, redistribute or publicly share videos or reports;
• infringe our or anyone else's intellectual property;
• interfere with the security of the Service, including introducing malware, probing, scraping, or circumventing access controls.

7. Intellectual property

We retain all rights to the Service and its content, including the recordings and reports we produce, the software, documentation and branding. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.

8. Prices and payment methods

Plans are sold directly by us and priced in Kuwaiti dinars: Monthly — KWD 5 for 1 month, and Quarterly — KWD 12 for 3 months. You choose a plan in the app, send your payment using one of the methods offered at that moment — WAMD, Quick Pay, or Other (for example cash) — and attach the payment receipt where the form asks for it. We do not take card payments and we never store card details.

9. Activation, renewals and cancellation

Access is activated once your payment is confirmed, usually the same day. Your plan covers the period you paid for; when it ends, access stops. Nothing renews or charges you automatically — to continue, send a new request before your access expires. Additional periods you buy are added on top of the time you already have. Prices may change, but changes never affect a period you have already paid for.

10. Refunds

Every purchase is covered by a 15-day money-back guarantee. Ask for one through the in-app request form and we return the full amount within a few working days, as described in our Refund Policy. The free trial is never charged.

11. Service level

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every match will be available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 6 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations, including sharing content or accounts.

14. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms and will post the new version here. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
